Need to cancel your registration?

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than April 10, 2026. Full refunds will be processed for any cancellations made on or before the deadline date. No refunds will be issued after the deadline due to event planning logistics and guarantee numbers submitted to the host venue. Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
